Suggest a great mobo for AMD FX 8350.My thinking goes for Asrock Fatal1ty 990FX or Sabertooth 990FX (not the revised one,if there's any) .
Please suggest any other mobo within a range of 200$ -250$ .
Thanks...

Where ASUS shines is a really really great support (imho the best out there).
Got a bad asus product? just fill up an online form, they pick it up from you, repair it and send it back, for free.
ASUS also stands for great build quality and they have proved themselve in...
then you dont need such an expensive motherboard. They simply offer those features, that you wont even utilize. You will be fine with a ASUS M5A99FX PRO 2.0 (990 chipset), or the EVO (970 chipset), or a UD5 or later (no UD3) if you wanted Gigabyte. those are 120-150$ Range and they will be more than enough

Asus digi + controls are very robust and accurate. The vrms which supply voltage to the CPU amongst other components are very high end. I had an fx 8320 ocd to 4.3 ghz on ab Asus m5a97 r 2.0 which only has 4 vrms for the CPU. (compared to 6 on the 990fx pro). To my suprise the temps were very good and the rig was p95 stable. Loved that board.

Got and installed the ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 with AMD FX-8350.
Awesome at first and super-fast (better than what i had i.e Intel Core2Duo E7200 @2.53GHz) .
CPU FAN is noisy though but using ASUS utility it runs smooth on silent feature.
Though my temperature remains at 41-43 Degree Centrigrade-IS it normal? Not using any intensive things.
But I got an OC from 4GHz to 4.3GHz with stock cpu cooler. So is this causing a rise in temps ???

A Reply would be quiet helpful.

Overclocking with a stock cooler is not a good idea.
The stock cooler just cools your cpu at a minimum at stock speeds without any optimizations in terms of noise level.
This thing is just crap and sounds like a jet engine.

Your temp is pretty normal for the stock cooler but if you want something pretty decent at a low price, go for the cooler master hyper 212 evo.
Costs about 30 to 40 bucks and it will help you a lot in terms of overclocking, cooling performance and noise level.
