build project: will it fit? and will the PSU be enough?

I1m going to make a build, and the pieces i'm going to use are
motherboard: ASRock 960GM/U3S3 FX AMD 760G So.AM3+
grafics card: gigabyte R7 260x 2gb (115W)
case: bitfenix prodigy
processor: FX 6100 (95W)
PSU: 430 Watt Corsair CX Series Modular 80+ Bronze
HDD: only one 1TB seagate

As long as your PSU has the right connectors, I'd be enough. I prefer 500W minimum on all my build just because I like having a little extra room for future use.

DO NOT get the 6100, get the 6300.

Other than that it will do you fine. Be sure to get the Prodigy M, as the regular Prodigy doesn't support mATX.
