pcie 3.0 gpu on DG41RQ?

hi guys ..
i am planning to buy a hd 7750
and my rig is
C2D E7500 @ 2.93 Ghz
4 gb ddr2 ram
MOBO ~ DG41RQ

my question is whether a ati radeon sapphire 7750 (PCIE ~ 3.0) DDR5 1GB will be supported by my motherboard (PCIE ~ 1.1)????
will a LG flatron W1943C monitor support a hd 7750 which is HDMI and my monitor has only vga.. ????

Of course, & there wont be much of a frame rate difference as that card barely utilizes PCI e 3.0.

Yes. Pci 3.0 are are backwards compatible and it would be like running a card at x4 3.0 due to bandwidth difference.
