Can I use another GPU along side my current GPU?

CPU - Intel Pentium G2130 Ivy b
Motherboard - MSI H61M-P31 (G3)
RAM - 6gb ddr3
GPU (CURRENT) - AMD Radeon HD 7770
PSU - Corsair CX430

I realize I will need to get a new Motherboard to accommodate a 2nd GPU as mine is small, and possibly new tower, but the question stands.
Can I add another GPU along side my current? (The new one will be more powerful than my current one) And if I can will it increase my PC's performance, will it over use my CPU? And will I need a new PSU. Thank you!

If you are talking about doing SLI or Crossfire they have to be the same type of GPU.

I doubt your PSU will be enough to run 2 video cards very safely.

Right from their site:

500W (or greater) power supply with one 75W 6-pin PCI Express power connector recommended7
600W power supply (or greater) with two 75W 6-pin PCI Express power connectors recommended for AMD CrossFire™ technology.

NOTE: Minimum recommended system power supply wattage is based on the specific graphics card and the typical power requirements of other system components. Your system may require more or less power. OEM and other pre-assembled PCs may have different power requirements.

Okay great, so will my current GPU - HD AMD 7770 work with - http://www.scan.co.uk/products/2gb-xfx-radeon-r9-270-boost-28nm-5600mhz-gddr5-gpu-900mhz-boost-925mhz-1280-streams-dp-dvi-hdmi-plus ?
