PC Gaming Build under $1000 with Monitor and OS.

Hi tomshardware. My birthday is coming up, and I would like to know the best possible build that can hopefully run games on the best possible graphic setting at the best performance for under $1000. I'm also interested in a monitor and an OS (Windows 7 is the one I'm most fond of) as seen in the title of the thread, which has to fit in the budget. No compatibility issues please, I don't want any problems when it comes to building my PC. Thanks.

  2. "In order to fit, the Asus GeForce GTX 770 2GB Video Card may require removing drive bays from the NZXT Source 210 Elite (White) ATX Mid Tower Case. The case only supports video cards up to 230mm in length without removing drive bays, while the video card is 271mm long." Otherwise Marcopolo123, it looks great.

EDIT: I decided that I will take the build and just get rid of the bay drivers. Thanks.
  3. Can anybody please direct me to a cheap, compatible case that doesn't involve removing bay drives for the build?
