Please review and rate this build I will be getting for video editing (Vegas,After Effects,etc). The resolution of the movies wont exceed 1080p.
I don't plan to overclock. All the cooling components because I live in India xP.

ditch the wd black, no better than a blue red green but twice the price, i'd hold off a month or so and get 2x 8gb instead of ending with 4x4gb. Since you picked a 'k' im guessing your overlclocking and it'll be harder to overclock extreme with 4 memory modules vs 2. I'd get a better psu. But otherwise very good, I personally favor the asus hero z87 board over any other but that's all personal preference.
