Hi everyone,

I will soon be building my own computer for the first time with the help of my uncle. I am looking for a rig that will perform well in 3d modeling for school projects aswell as gaming.

I currently just have a case which is the Coolmaster cosmos SE that I got as A birthday gift but I'm still missing everything else. My budget is pretty flexible but I'm not looking to go overboard.

When it comes to building computer, what part is it better to start with and build around?
any advice/ parts recommendation is greatly appreciated.

Would be buying these pieces in Canada be way more expensive? Also, would a build like this require some extra cooling?

Cooling no, higher prices yes.

It's still under my "budget" and I thought it would come a bit pricier so it's fine but I didn't think the price difference would be that steep. Guess our economy is pretty bad :(

So a build like this would be more than enough for what I need? I want something that is gonna blow what I currently have out of the water :)

Yes it's a real high end gaming PC, PC includes top of the line CPU on the LGA1150 platform, graphics card is just as fast as GTX-Titan with lower price and it will maintain 1440p gaming with ultra settings in games, RAM is also good for rendering, editing, and gaming.
I provided you AWESOME build which will last you for a very long time :)

Pretty sure I would go with windows 7 instead of 8 because of all the bad things I heard about it unless they weren't true or have been fixed since. But these are still 100$ :(
