yes. however that motherboard is very old and the graphics card will be little use. it is using the oldest pci x16
it would be best to find a motherboard that is 3.0 x16 to have best uses.
that motherboard is also very old and could use a system upgrade.
however without anymore explanation yes the card would work as long as you have good power to it.
