Hey, not so long ago I build first PC. I just have few questions, is it ok that I cut off all those motherboard backplate pins "http://www.techpowerup.com/articles/144/images/6ioshield.JPG", because i couldn't fit mobo properly. And should the screws which hold motherboard be in perfect center of screw hole, because it seems that down scews are perfectly aligned and upper are not so, but still everything works. Should i loosen them and try to make them perfectly aligned, or is it ok? Oh and also, I did some cable managment, and it's a little tight under motherboard(space for cable managment), is it bad if then I close case it closes little harder, pushing cables against the panel, on which motherboard is located? One of my cable goes like that: "http://i.gyazo.com/ae26be545a477abf48b844cc07d02b0e.png", it's super thin and it doesn't seem that he touches mobo even then the case is closed is this also ok?

The back plate should snap into place then insert the MB. There is some resistance when doing this. If you need to take a screw driver and push till the holes line up and start a screw and do this for the top & bottom of the MB if you have to. Better to have the holes line up perfectly.

It is OK with your cable management. I would just be sure that the side fits OK like it should. The cables should be OK.

I actually already did cut off all those backplate sprungs, is this bad? Motherboard is already screwed, i think i will loosen it and try aligning whose holes, but i'm afraid i can damage something. Side is ok, but it's little tight under it, i can't do anything about it, because mobo power cable is really "heavy", it take some effort to close side panel, but not so much

You are most likely OK with cutting the springs off. Just make sure your ports are lining up correctly. If you can, line up your MB to the screw holes and the ports will fit better too. Sometimes the case is off and there is not much you can do except drill the holes in correctly. Screw into the standoffs as best you can and if you cannot screw in a screw, take the standoff from under that screw hole. It might touch somewhere on the board where it shouldn't and cause a short.
