Computer Startup Suddenly Slow

So all the sudden one day, I shut off my computer, and when I restart it takes probably 25 seconds to get to the login screen. I then log in, and it takes a solid minute for it to open my first applications. This is what is does all the time now. I tried to system restore to before I thought it messed up and no luck.

Here are my specs
i5-3570k overclock at 4.4ghz
Nvidia gtx 680 sli
16gb ram
120GB SSD (windows is on this one), 500GB HDD x2\

I was used to 7-8 seconds to get to the login screen, and then 1-4 seconds for all my applications at startup to load. I have already checked my startup, and nothing has changed. I have ran malwarebytes thinking it was a virus, and it found nothing. Recently as well, I have been having FPS drop in games such as league of legends. I looked on the league of legends forums and it might be an issue with the client, but my WoW is also running worse than before.

I'm looking for some advice on how I can get my computer running 100%.

Maybe. Is your SSD close to being completely filled?

Have you looked in the Startup tab of Task Manager (Windows 8.x) for programs affecting your startup?

Have you tried disabling all software that is starting along with Windows?

Have you gone through your services to see if anything else is loading that might be impacting your boot time?

Have you looked at your system logs to see if you are getting any errors reported?

Well my SSD has almost always been close to fill (~10-15GB free) and that hasn't affected it.

I checked the startup and it's this :

I tried disabling everything, and no luck. Takes awhile for chrome to even open when starting up. I looked at the task bar while starting up and the connection area (with the bars) was just showing a circle.... I think my system is just stalling for awhile while booting up.

My services seem to be fine.

System logs there weren't any errors.

Good grief you have a messy startup, but if you've tried disabling all of those extraneous startup tasks and it didn't help, then clearly it's something else.

You might consider downloading a utility such as Process Monitor and see if anything in particular seems to be showing up a lot in the list of process names. Perhaps you have 3rd party antivirus or antimalware that is taking up excessive time to perform some tasks?
