Best CPU cooler for my build

What would be the best cpu cooler for my build? I'm currently overclocked at 4.2 ghz on my i5 3570k with my Hyper 212 Evo but I want something more quiet and cools better. I really don't want to go with the h100i because I have heard of people having it for a few months and it leaks and they never hear anything from Corsair. My specs are:
i5 3570k @4.2 ghz
CM Hyper 212 Evo
Asrock z77 extreme6
(2x8) Corsair Vengeance LP 1600
GTX 780 Ti Superclocked
Corsair 750D
HX 850

If you're looking for a better air cooler, the Noctua NH-D14 will do the job, as will Phantek's ..something TC14 I believe. I can't comment on the quietness, as I've probably gotten use to my NH-D14 by now.

hyper evo is a good cooler . . not much noisy but if you still think it is, so you have to jump to liquid cooling . . cause if i recommend noctua coolers so they will also create some noise due to large fans. . what you want? liquid or air ?
