Now that i think about it, I don't really have any must-have type of options for you. You can find LOADS of good looking ATX cases for under $60. Just look under the "case" section of the online-store of your choice.

I am building a computer, I just need a low budeget case for it, support for standard ATX motherboards are needed and the case needs to look cool, presentation means everything to me. 
In my opinion, getting a case with a tonne of LEDs and all that jazz isn't very appealing. Here are some simplistic, yet beautiful cases you could consider:

Remember, as well as looks, you want your case to be functional and provide good air flow. These cases do that.
