I heard about as low as resolution is, the cpu will work harder..
it is true?

and I5 4570 Will be enough for Next gen gaming ( Plus 770) in 1280x1024 res?

An i5-4570 http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CO8TA4I is plenty.

You really don't need to worry about your CPU for gaming for the majority of games, Most of the processing power will be coming from the GPU and the GTX 770 may even be overkill for anything under 1080p.

That will be plenty for that resolution. Do yourself a favor and go buy a better monitor. Even a cheap $100 acer 1080p monitor would be better than a 1280x1024 monitor.
