Hello all!

I am looking for a low end, cheap graphics card to run old school games such as age of empires 2, command and conquer red alert and games of that sort. However, as much research as I've done to try and find one I haven't really found a concrete answer. I've been looking at the Radeon HD 5450 cards but then I read that it requires a 400w or higher power supply but yet my PC only has a 200w power supply in it.

I have a pretty cheap PC. It's a Dell Optiplex gx620 and it's the smaller/skinny tower of the series. Any and help would be great! Thanks in advance

Thanks for all the replies! I have not yet tried to run them on just what's inside. I can give that a shot and see what happens. I'll come back here if I have any issues.

I just installed the games and they work fine without the video cards. I asked because 1) obviously I thought I needed a card to run those games and 2) somewhere I read that the system reqs. for the game stated you needed a video card to do so. But I guess that's not the case! Thanks everyone for the answers I really appreciate it!

glad they worked. those are old titles so even the most basic of modern pcs can run them. enjoy.
