When I play a game or run a 3D test the image will freeze and then continue moving, same with the audio, it will freeze and play the same note for a moment and then continue. I have a heavy heatsink and moved my PC to a new home and left it in the garage a few days. I think it may have been damaged in the process. Any way to test this or something? Help? Thanks.

It is possibly overheating. Check and make sure your heatsink didn't come loose and that the fan is working properly.

Do you have a graphics card installed, or only using the onboard graphics?
Most hand build PCs aren't designed to be shipped, because they get bounced around to much. (moving it in your own car is also too much)
It's possible something got damage.

Monitor the temps also. Maybe open it up and reseat everything and then start up again.
