So Every so often I get BSOD. I was getting them almost ever 2hrs, or shorter, and then I disabled EPU Power management in my Bios, and i haven't gotten on in about a week now. But now I've gotten a new one.

I used BlueScreenView, to get this:
crashdmp.sys crashdmp.sys+1d775f0 fffff880`01a46000 fffff882`01a54000 0x000000020000e000 0x4a5bcabd 13/07/2009 8:01:01 PM Microsoft® Windows® Operating System Crash Dump Driver 6.1.7600.16385 (win7_rtm.090713-1255) Microsoft Corporation C:\Windows\system32\drivers\crashdmp.sys

And this:
A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage
to your computer.

The problem seems to be caused by the following file: crashdmp.sys

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,
restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow
these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer
for any Windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware
or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart
your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then
select Safe Mode.

Technical Information:

*** STOP: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xfffffa800cba38f8, 0x0000000000000000,

If anyone can help me fix this problem that would be great. I don't know much of anything about BSOD.

I agree, 0x124 dmp files contain very little useful information. It would stress test your CPU and your graphics card; I would also run memtest86 for at least 8 passes, and run a disk check. Let us know the results.
