Upgrade advises plz

HI,
I own a 3-year-old computer geared with the following:
AMD Athlon quad core CPU,
Nvidia Geforce GTX 560Ti
500W power supply
(Graphic card and Power supply were upgraded from original HP pavilion desktop)
Gaming performance has been good to me but the problem is that temperature always goes very high and now fans are very very loud and noisy. Can I upgrade CPU with suitable fans (and powers if needed) price not limited. Any suggestion please?

Yes, it is a AM3+ motherboard.
I have cleaned the PC for multiple times but didn't do much difference.
My concern is: Is 500W power supply is sufficient for a FX-6300 CPU and GTX 560ti graphic card?
Is AM3+ a bad motherboard now so maybe I need a better one?
I am concerning about if my GPU and CPU can be supplied with sufficient power through motherboard and pwer supply itself

1. If we are talking about case fans, then they will either need to be replaced or oiled
2. 500W will be enough for those components as long as it is a quality PSU
3. AM3+ is a socket not a motherboard, there is still a lot of people purchasing AM3+ motherboard as it is the go-to socket for AMD's power build

Thanks for the fast reply.
My budget is up to 200, is there any better CPU that goes with an AM3+ socket? My PC runs kind of slow, I really want to speed it up.
