AMD FX-9370 and 2400MHz RAM?

I'm planning to build a gaming PC but I can't find a motherboard that supports an AMD FX-9370 CPU, a Kingston KHX24C11T2K2/8X RAM and a Asus R9290-4GD5 graphic card. Can someone please help?

Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 (rev. 4.0) supports that processor. AMD FX processors support 1866MHz memory speed with one DIMM per channel. 1600MHz with two DIMMs per channel. The FX-9370 requires special cooling and expect to generate even higher temperatures when overclocking. Running at memory speeds higher than 1866MHz requires overclocking the system.

Newegg is selling revision 4 of the motherboard.
