i have been running cinebench for around a half hour and the stats don't change much, temperature wise. Does it all look ok? http://i.imgur.com/39o9cei.jpg

Temps are fine...
but the only way that I trust an overclock is to run Prime95 (http://www.mersenne.org/freesoft/) for at least 8-10 hours and preferably 24 hours with it not stopping due to errors.
That program will stress all cores evenly the whole time and expose any issues.
From there, i'd judge if a processor is pushed to far
(a side note, even an engineering sample given enough time will show an error, but its the odds of ti happening in a certain time span that we care about)

Looks fine however... though cinebench will give you a decent test, OCCT, Prime 95 or Intel Burn Test are generally the standards for testing stability.
