I bought a MSI R9 290 GAMING 4G yesterday and I see that it comers with an 8 to 6 pin adapter and a 6 pin to 2 molex power adapter.
Is there any disadvantage to using the 8 to 6 pin adapter, so in effect using two 6 pin connectors? (I won't be using the molex adapter)
