Is really buy windows 7 key cheaper at some onlinestore?

Solution
It's almost certainly pirated, a key pulled out of a Technet or MSDN subscription, or they're hoping to recoup the money by infecting the install disks with malware and getting a keylogger on your system.

So what *are* legitimate yet affordable sources for Win7 keys? I don't need the high-end version, especially since I'd have to chisel out all the useless cr(uft) they include, like the shoddy MS DVD writer, MS media players, MS image editor, etc. (and would install things like VLC, Gimp, InfraRecorder, LibreOffice, etc).

MS pretty much sets the price. There is no 'affordable', unless someone has it on sale. Like Tigerdirect below. Anything else is probably not legit.

For Windows 7 Home Premium:
Amazon - $99.28
Newegg - $99.99
TigerDirect - $89.99 -$20 rebate = $69.99

Well, the TigerDirect one only has the rebate on the 64-bit version. I need the 32-bit (the primary system I'm updating to Win7 can't run Win8)
