Have a dell inspiron 530. Want to install graphics card any suggestions

Hi,
I want to upgrade a bit my dell inspiron 530 by installing a graphics card......any suggestions? dont want to spend a lot of money.

Does it have a Core 2 Duo E6320 Processor? If it does, I would first upgrade the CPU.

The graphics card would be still the same as above.

not looking to play high0-end games but something better than my current system which has no add-on graphics card and so even playing Mine-craft is kinda hard. any-thoughts?

Those are fine. But your priority is to upgrade your CPU. 1.8 Ghz is a bit too low in today's standard.

If you are getting 5450, why not get a 5750? Those are slightly better performing. Or even a Radeon HD 6 series.

the cpu in the machine from dells web site is a E4500 2.2G..........not sure what that is but my guess is its a 2.2GHz cpu.........is that good enough?

Higher. At least 2.5 Ghz. 2.2 is lower than some game performance requirements.
