PC does not recognise my samsung Hard drive since upgrading to windows 7. I am still able to access the hard drive on my laptop so the hd does not seem to be corrupted. I copied all my PC files to the external hard drive before upgrading windows and would like to copy them back to the PC. Can anyone help?

Find your motherboard make and model, it is usually found on the motherboard in the larger font. Make sure that you have the latest SATA, eSATA and USB drivers for it by searching google or the motherboard manufacturer's website.
Might as well check the other drivers out also.
