my laptop hardware is failing

i have a toshiba satellite 750d laptop and it has suddenly gone very slow. sometimes it doesnt even fully boot and freezes and the windows logo screen. i cant decide whether its my hard disc or Ram. it was working fine till last month and then one day while my son was watching youtube , it froze and none of the keys work , so he restarted it and nothing work since than. on the boot screen it was showing an error and none of the options worked including the advance recovery options. i tried to reinstall windows but it wouldnt even read any disc after many tries when it finally did read the disc it wont install windows. after trying for weeks i somehow managed to format my laptop and reinstall windows. i got it working, but now itss so slow that its literally unusable. sometimes it takes 15-20 minutes to boot, freezes very often, randomly restarts, and takes a very long time to open any folder or any installed program. please help i dont know what to do or what do i need to replace?
i am guessing its a hardware problem but i dont know which one, hard drive Ram or cpu.. i dont have a clue . please someone help me identify the problem. thankyou

i couldnt install crystal disc info into my laptop , it has stopped functioning again.. i tried to get it working(atleast boot) all night but it wont boot, it reaches upto windows logo and then the whole screen goes black and stays that way till i restart. advanced recory option not working. even unable to intall new windows. what should i do?

i tried to install it through the cd, but it wasnt reading any disc drive

If it is not reading the cd drive either then the motherboard could be the problem or it could also be a heat issue. Are you able to get into BIOS? If you can - check what the temperatures are and make sure the cd drive is first in the boot order. If the temperatures are hot, over 80, you need to ensure that all the dust is cleaned out of the cpu heat sink and the fan is spinning freely, and it would also be a good idea to remove the heat sink and clean off the old thermal paste and apply new thermal paste. If it is not hot, after you make sure the cd drive is first in the boot order try the memtest cd again, then post your results. There may be another option to check hardware status if nothing else worked.

after trying over and over i was finally able to reinstall windows, but cant get it started as it freezes after log in screen. lucky the safe mode is working, in safe mode i installed crystalldiscinfo. i copied the result, iwill paste it here.
