Considering that you are talking about INR, you wont be able to buy a good gaming graphics card for 4000 INR. They will be weak for current and next gen games.

With 4 grand you could get the the top graphics cards on the market. If I had that kind of money i would buy the GTX 780 ti

Best GPU in my opinion, if you want to get even more performance then you could even run 2 or more in SLI. The 780ti is the best GPU at the moment, you could argue that the gtx titan black is better but its basically the same thing with more frame buffer. Well now i realize you are not talking about US dollars, i have no idea what inr is so yeah.. bye

What are you talking about he has 4000INR in his budget and so 780ti is way too far and if you wanna play even at low settings at playable frames, get at least a HD 6670 its a gr8 entry level card

yes, exactly what i am searching for. an entry level graphic card for 4000 rupees or 65 dollars. very meagre, but please tell me which entry level is good at this point? and i am basically gonna use it for gaming. and my friend suggested that entry level gaming go for amd and not nvidia. so, i am even more confuzed.
