This is my current build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1HYVZ

Do I SLI for better performance? Or do I just upgrade? IF I SLI, do I get another IDENTICAL card? Or will a 2GB variant do?

I will be getting an SSD and a new monitor because my current monitor has a bad pixel driver that sends one blue line down the middle left area of my screen. I plan on playing at 1080p

You're better off getting another 4GB card for SLi, which is supported by most games and your PSU is just about enough for two 760's.
So I'm assuming that build you have right there is your current one that you are using right now? So you're asking about GTX 760 SLI?

SLI is pretty much the option for if the owner doesn't want to just replace the card and want to make the build last for somewhat longer or if the owner does not have enough budget to upgrade to a brand new card.

Here is a review for you to read through

SLI prefers identical cards. Although, I've never seen, but heard people using same VRAM size variant.
In addition, I would recommend a higher wattage PSU if you're going SLI, but it is not necessary if you upgrade to a new single card configuration.

Many Games Dont support SLI so personally I dont think SLI is worth it. Not to mention how many issues SLI has ( Ok maybe not that many) therefore Id go with a single 770 Or 780 and SLI that when newer games come out
