Enabling XMP causes system freeze...

Hi everyone, I built this CPU last week:

CPU: AMD Richland A6-6400K Black Edition 3.9GHz
Main: MSI FM2 A55M-E33
Ram: Corsair Dominator 4GB ( 2x2GB ) DDR3 bus 1600 cas 7
PSU: Cooler Master Elite Power 350W
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 250GB
Case: HiGamer D052 Red USB 3.0

After setuping everything, I realize the Ram operates at bus 1333MHz so I go to BIOS and eable the XMP function. The RAMs now operate at 1600MHz after I reboot the system so I start using the PC normally. Now the problem occurs, when I surf the Internet for about 10 minutes the system suddenly freeze without any warning. I can't move the cursor, the keyboard is useless so I hvae to hard reset the system.

I disable the XMP and the problem disappears . Then I try to manual adjust the bus by chosing the 1600MHz option, the problem comes back !

Hence, I want to ask if there is any way to make those RAMs operate stably at 1600MHz or not. Both Ram and Mobo of my system support XMP so if the system operates at 1333Hz it's a waste of money.

Please help my with this. Thanks.

Solution
some mobo's can work with xmp values but others hate it infact most ram is not amd optimized and of corse radeon drr3 would be configured best out of box for any fx system.
if it is rated 7-8-7 in the xmp values at 1600mhz.
1.operate the ram in 1600mhz
2. set to 7-8-7-23-2t it is possible your mobo will recognize this value and give it proper trc and tfaw but can in most cases be stable with a +1 from xmp values
the plus 1 represents stability as a intel base mem clock is 150 vs amd 160.
you could run it at a higher voltage to force the xmp values and is prob 1.5v so u could try 1.51 1.52 more and more becomes dangerous to the ram tho.
it is overclocked values so they are not going to be 100percent the same as like with cpu's no...

Thank for your response, I'm not intend to OC my system I just want it to operate well as 1600MHz which the RAMs provide then. Anyway, I will try what u suggest and hope it work...

i said fx system.. ya know how it is lol anyway its the same reasoning and yes u are overclocking the ram. xmp stands for intel extreme memory profile. 1.5v is just its max safe voltage as rated by manufacturer. intel did this because people would oc ram with unsafe voltage and values so they began labeling ram in this way.

i was thinking about it u could also try 8-8-8-24 if u are rated cas 7 at 1333

it always helps for some specifics like the xmp values them self and the values u are in on auto to determine if u got bad sticks
