help choosing a monitor??

Hi guys,
I am planning to purchase a dell st2420l monitor. I saw many reviews about it and came to know that the colors are not that much vivid and small fonts look blurry....my main purpose is gaming and movies...
my budget is 200$....and my requirements are 1920x1200/1080, 5ms or 2ms, 60hz.
are there better monitors than the st2420l in this budget??
or should i stick to the st2420l??

i would stick with the dell if i were you.! its not the best as you say but since you are a gamer a tn panel is fast enough for you and the 24'' is what you really need. just make sure you use a dvi or hdmi to achieve the best image quality possible. i would invest money on other pc parts first!
