You have a choice between Gears of War and Halo on Xbox and REsistance, Killzone on PS3 in terms of war games. Of those the Xbox games are probably better but IMO the PS3's other exclusive games are stand out more, such as Uncharted (imagine Indian Jones as a 3rd person shooter) and The Last of Us (story driven zombie/survival type - masterpiece imo).
