I have a Latitude D610. It had window XP. I purchased 7 and installed. Now I have no audio out put device installed. Have went through all the usual fixes and nothing has worked. Also purchased Driver Tool and it is of no use it says it is installing driver but I still do not see one. I had this before, on another laptop and found something to do with a Vista device that fixed it . However I cant remember what that was. Can anyone HELP!!!!

A tip though after doing the upgrade I had this in my system somewhere but it had not installed. Downloaded from this link overwrote previous version by selecting yes to all and had sound in seconds.
