What perfomance will a Amd R9 270 show??!

Hey,
Can someone tell me about the perfomance(specially framerates)
about the Amd R9 270 in a 768p pc?
What will be the framerates of different varieties of game run on the r9 270 in a 768p pc?
(Plz don't give any chart of any 1080p pc

)

You're asking for performance results on a resolution that was common prior to 2006. 768p is 1024 x 768 which is a 4:3 aspect ratio. You may be able to find performance review with GPUs on 1280 x 720.

The answer simply is, considering the 270 is a newer, mid level card, you're probably not going to be able to find any performance results for the 270 on 1280 x 720 let alone the old 1024 x 768 monitor.

What you should look for is performance reviews at 1680 x 1050. If the R9 270 can put nice frames on that resolution, you can surely bet it will do very well on a lower resolution. It's time to upgrade that monitor.

You should probably be able to max out any game at that resolution with this card, provided that the rest of your computer can keep up with it. What are the specs of your PC?

Our answers really don't change. Again, if you find any performance reviews where the R9 270 is tested at 1680 x 900, you can bet it will perform better on the lower resolution of 1366 x 768 .

Btw, the difference between 1280 x 720 and 1366 x 768 isn't much.

So if I use the R9 270 and a 1366X768 pc,
Can it deliver 35+ framerates to all the heavy games like Crysis3 , AC4 etc??
(I just saw that the average fps of crysis 3 in a 1080p pc played in v.high settings on the r9 270 was about 28 fps)

Unless your CPU causes a bottleneck, the card should deliver respectable performance at this resolution.

R9 270 is a monster it is like the R9 270x but cheaper can cope with Nvidia's gpu too. can do good performance at high res and can give you smooth plays
