As the title says I need an extra fan for my cpu cooler for my FX 8320 running at 4 Ghz. I don't know much about push-pull or only pull config. Tell me which is better. My cpu currently idles at 25c and on load goes upto 70c on stock volts. My average room temp is about 27c. My case has one exhause fan near cpu and some other fans at different areas except none on top. On top there are two slots available. My case CM Elite 431 Plus Cabinet. My mobo is ASRock Fatality 990 FX Board. Do I want to install fans on top also ? And if yes tell me exhaust or intake. my current fans are cooler master sickleflow blue ones. I also heard that any 120 mm fan will fit on my heatsink but how as how can I screw them on heatsink rather than just clip it like my stock fan. Sorry for the long post and thanks.

Well any 120mm fan would work and push/pull would be the best if you are using 2. Clipping it to the heatsink is the best way to do it and you can probably get the clips right from cooler master.

If you put the fans on top they are exhaust.
