Screwed motherboard to case and turned on, are my other parts ruined?

Missed an instruction, mounted the mobo (Asrock z87 Extreme4) directly to case. I had all my other parts connected (HDD, SDD, GPU, wireless adapter, CPU). I turned it on, fans turned on and the dr debug. The numbers said 00 which means "make sure the CPU is installed correctly". Ive tried benching it, went through the "No POST" troubleshoot sticky. Im positive the mobo is done for but the question is are the rest of my other parts ruined? Could my mounting and powering on ruin the CPU causing the mobo to display 00. My current plan is to get a new mobo and test the CPU on it. What are your thoughts? Thank you :)

There's no way to predict what peripherals you ruined. Actually, I think you probably fried everything but the only way to know for sure is to test each item one at a time. Instructions are your friend.
