asus ai sute 2 does not work on my asus m5a99x evo r2.0 board

i was wondering if anyone knows of another overclocking utillity that will work for me. the asus ai suite worked when i first got the board about 1 month ago. now the turbo evo function just hangs very shortly after i press the button and i cant monitor the frequencies without another hang situation. all other functions seem to work. i updated the bios to the latest to see if that would help but it did not. i updated the ai suite to the latest but still no go.
processor : amd phenom 2 x2 550
memory: corsair ddr 3 4 mb sticks 4 sticks on board
mother board: m5a99x evo r2.0

Do you have the latest version? Version 2.04.01 from Oct 2013? if not, can get it here:

While there, might make sure you have the latest BIOS and mobo drivers also

No worries, might have better luck straight through the BIOS
