So recently my PC (windows 8) has been freezing within 10 minutes of turning on. I opened the case up and noticed the processor fan was very dusty so gave it a clean, and have just turned the PC back on and now couldn't even get to the desktop (logged in then froze on black screen)
The processor was very hot when I cleaned the dust off.
I had cleaned some dust off other components about an hour before this all happened.
All fans working correctly.
Also I ran a disk defragmenter as someone recommended it and the memory usage in task manager was 99% then the PC froze and turned off.
any ideas anyone? really need my PC at the moment for essays.
