It's compatible but the ram is seriously overkill. You'll save some money by getting 1600 Mhz or 1333 Mhz ram with latencies like 9-9-9-24, which is lower(a.k.a. better) than the 2133 Mhz ram has (11-11-11-27). Also, try to get low profile ram as tall heat spreaders can interfere with some aftermarket CPU coolers if you want to get one later.
