flickering in overdrive whith 2 monitors?

PSU called coolermaster GX 550w bronze
cpu intel pentium d 945 running at 3.4
the motherboard is a dell dimension e520 model 0wg864

yeah i thought about that to so i tested it on
clock 720 and memory 1170 and enabled overdrive and the same thing happened stuff glitching out cutting stuff apart and straight lines across my dual monitors but most of the times the tearing and stuff stays on my main one

i definitely have the latest drivers for the card and the motherboard itself but the bios idk

well i can do that right now i have my testing power supply its dosnt have a brand name or anything but its 550 ass well and always works great i think its a industrial psu for testing :D ill be back in 5 mins

nop didn't change anything its the exact same thing when i enable overdrive

i usually just repair them but there are so many of them out there that sometimes i get them for free just because its ''not working'' like this one i have now i got it for free just needed bios tune up i usually just scrap them for future parts

no but when i bot it it was in a different rig showing it off and it was running overdrive on a bit higher settings i bot it second hand ik you're not supposed to do that but i did
