Sup guys, i have a tv as my second monitor that i've had ALOT of trouble with. None of the reccomended sizes work either the windows are too big for the screen or theirs black bars on the screen. Resizing the screen via nvidia control panel has worked in the past, until they updated the control panel options and now the screen resolution i chooses makes my main monitor's taskbar constantly flicker, its not the taskbar because it flickers ingame and while full screen on youtube etc. This has only started to happen when i resize my tv.

I'm not sure, this TV is about 5 years old, its a Panasonic HD TV and when i use to play on the xbox it'd say its recommended solution was 1080x720 and worked fine, its only problem is all of my windows or tabs disappear into half of the monitor, like when i maximize chrome the exit button disappears and some of the top bar. I've had no flickering after resetting my TV's resolution so it's gotta be that. But like i said, everything on the TV overlaps or disappears.
