Here is my system specs i just fininshed building a new pc.
win 7 ultimate.
intel Core i5-4670K Haswell 3.4GHz LGA 1150 84W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics BX80646I54670K
MSI Z87-GD65 Gaming LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Extreme OC High Performance Triple CFX/ SLI Intel Motherboard
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120 mm PWM Fan
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM
For the first month i have had no problems now for some reason when playing dota 2 (not all the time)
it will hit 100% but other times it will stay around 30-50% not sure what the issue is.
i had a friend tell me that since its a Haswell processor i will need to open up the process's and select the game and lower the priority and that will solve the issue as it has something to do with the Haswell processor and he has the same issue for some reason i have a hard time believing this.
Any help would be appreciated.
