Those both gpu are hardly different than each other. If you are paying money just to replace with 560ti then that's not a good Idea.

it does have newer technology. however if you play at 1080 som games the 560ti still gets better performance than a 260x. i would keep the 560ti and save up for a real upgrade.

560ti is bit better than r7 260x. So that's not much of an upgrade. A nicer upgrade for you would be gtx 760 or better gpu.
