Hi! ive got a new (refurbished) computer but theres one small problem - the time keeps changing itself backwards an hour... it happily manually syncs to the internet time and will stay correct for around an hour, but after that it will change back by an hour... for example, i just synced it to 18:48, and i will probably see 19:30, but after that it will change itself back to 18:xx
Ive changed the CMOS battery so i know thats not the problem... I've also tried setting up a scheduled task to set the internet time ever 15 minutes, but that doesnt work either... any ideas whats going wrong here?
