Overclocking potential for new pc:

I just built my very first pc on a budget, and due to the design of the heat sink which pops in and locks into place, I can't see being able to get it out if I ever want to upgrade. Due to this, I was wondering about the overclocking potential and if the hardware in the box can support it safely. Specs are as follows:
Intel Pentium Dual-Core Processor G850 2.9 GHz 3 MB Cache LGA 1155
Fractal Design Core 1000 USB 3.0 Computer Case (relevant because it has a fan in it)
XFX AMD Radeon HD 7750 1GB GDDR5 DVI/HDMI/DisplayPort PCI-Express Video Card
MSI LGA1155/Intel H61/DDR3/A&GbE/MicroATX Motherboard
Seagate Barracuda ST500DM002 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive
CORSAIR CX series CX430 430W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply
It also has a fairly standard CD drive and is also running Windows 7 Home Premium, any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

the only article I saw that may be of some help so far is this one as I know that Intel locks the multipliers on all but their 'k' series of CPUs.
