I have an ultrabook with an SSD as the only drive. How can I maximize the amount of RAM available for applications?

Unfortunately my memory is soldered-in 4GB with no option to upgrade. I have a very fast Samsung SSD. I have disabled SuperFetch and Prefetch already. Since then, I have not received any low-memory errors while playing Diablo III (the only game I play on this machine). However, I would like to free up more RAM and the cycles being used by unnecessary services.

p.s. I am running Win 8.1
the machine is a Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro

use the task manager to see what is using too much ram and see if you can disable it.
