Max budget $620 before rebates
Looking to purchase this week, maybe tomorrow
I dont need a operating system or Display. I will use my 720p Display.
speakers, keyboard and mouse isn't needed either.

Im looking to running game like LOL and Dark Souls 2.

Solution
This one is definitely upgradeable and has a stronger GPU than Graphiicz's build.
