I was wondering if my build will be able to run games like crysis 3 on ultra?

I'd rather have this.

Faster CPU, Better Mobo.

Better GPU(the 4GB 270X isn't worth the cost)

Hard drive is fine as caviar blue

Higher quality PSU

RAM is faster as 2x4gb than 1x8gb
You'll run guaranteed high with this spec and in your budget ultra is a bit of an uncertainty but you may be able to.
