Good $700 Editing/Gaming PC? Preferably Intel

Parts I have in mind:
i7 4770k CPU
8GB Corsair Vengeance RAM
1 TB Caviar Blue HDD (7200 RPM)
EVGA GTX 660/760
Corsair 200R Case
Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD4H Mobo
Corsair 500/600W PSU
OS: Windows 7
Monitor & Keyboard already owned.

Stuff I want to use/play:
Source Games (HL2, CS:GO, TF2 etc..), Higher end games like Bioshock Infinite, BF3, Far Cry 3 etc..
Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop. (Editing with HD Video)

Are these good parts? I want to spend about $700. Any suggestions?

The optical and the OS push you a bit over the limit, but if you got the CPU you requested you'd be WAY over it.
