Corsair 500/600W PSU
OS: Windows 7
Monitor & Keyboard already owned.

Stuff I want to use/play:
Source Games (HL2, CS:GO, TF2 etc..), Higher end games like Bioshock Infinite, BF3, Far Cry 3 etc..
Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop. (Editing with HD Video)

Are these good parts? I want to spend about $700. Any suggestions?
