When I bought my pc I bought with a Asus gtx 660 ti...at the begining it was fine... but then my pc started having BSODs when the graphics card was under stress... on game with the setting on maximam or Bitmining... also it had a problem with directx 11... after entering a game using directx 11 it would be fine for a while... but then wierd and misplaced textures would pop up... I took to the store for the warrenty... but when they tested it they said they didn´t find anything... they could have been lying...

Well anyways I recentylly bought another gpu to setup sli... and when I set it up it took hours the problem was the pc wouldn´t reconize the secound card ... I changed the where the sli brige was placed... and it still wouldn´t recognize... so I changed the gpus slots... same result... finally I put the sli bridge in the second slot... and it worked...

In the following days I had a pair BSODs and one day I started a game it played for 10 minunts... and then I got a Black Screen of Death... I resetarted and tried again (the computer still reconized to card)... Same result... The gpu is in warrenty processes now...

Recentlly I´ve seen that other people have had similar I´ve seen people have similiar issuses with the Asus gtx 660 ti... I´ll leave them posted...

But I can´t help wondering if does difuculties to install the second gpu could have been a deficient psu... I have Sentey ERP-750-SS... witch more than enough for 2 gtx 660s... but I´m so sure about the psu... when I bought it was recomended as good and inexpensive... JonnyGuru has some very good reviews on some Sentey psu´s but not the ERP... sadly they haven´t reviewed it... I have been told that it´s decent by some, mediocre by others... so I´m kinda on fence with this...

What you guys think could it have been the psu? Or was it simply the gpu gone bad?

I did run memtest when I was having issuses with zero problems and I had no errors plus I have to say since I removed the asus gpu from my pc I´ve had zero issuses...

Just because a PSU has some crappy reviews doesn't mean much. I've got a dirt cheap no brand 500W PSU that I overheaeted twice by blocking the fan and it still runs fine. Not that it was good for it, but it still ran. The majority of PSU's I've seen that fail normally outright crash and the computer wont even boot. i don't think a faulty PSU would cause a directx failure. Just based on what you said, I'd go with the faulty GPU.
