Will this mobo be a good choice?

I have a phenom ii x4 945, evga gtx 760 sc, I plan on getting 8gb of ddr3.

The mobo I have now has only supports ddr2 so good affordable ddr3 suggestions are welcome.

I would recommend 970 chipset for better build quality as manufacturer usually cheap out on lower end chipset because they have to cut down the cost.

Recommend the ASUS one over MSI in this case.

Make sure which ever you choose it will fit your case. The first one you listed is a microATX while the suggestions above are ATX. Also make sure your power supply has the right connectors. Depending on how old your system is you may need a new PSU as well.

I haven't bought RAM in quite a while but I suggest you look at the mobo vendor's QVL (Qualified Vendors List) to make sure it has been tested for the mobo you buy. Don't assume any RAM will work with any mobo.
