I'm new to pcs and I want to build a gaming pc for 600 including os excluding peripherals. Any help choosing parts would be appreciated, I cannot go over 600.

a bit over budget, honestly an ASUS M5A97 R 2.0 for 79.99 on amazon is what i wanted to give you but it will put you a bit more over budget...i say that because if you ever decide to overclock, and buy a CPU cooler later on, that will be better and easier, and safer, on the ASUS vs the Asrock motherboard. If you never intend to overclock the Asrock will do ( a shame if you dont with the FX chips, they gain a lot of performance)
