BUDGET RANGE: 250-350 before or after rebates.

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming while streaming to Twitch.tv, watching Twitch.tv streams in 1080p, surfing websites.

CURRENT GPU: MSI GTX 650Ti 1GB

PSU: Corsair 600W Modular

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: Fatal1ty z87 Killer MOBO, i5-4430 CPU, 8 GB Ripjaw RAM, 3 case fans, Intel supplied CPU heatsink/fan.

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: newegg.com

PARTS PREFERENCES: Only looking for Nvidia branded cards. No specfic vendor.

OVERCLOCKING: Maybe at some point

SLI OR CROSSFIRE: No

MONITOR: Two 1920x1080 21.5" ASUS Monitors Extended Desktop

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Think about upgrading cooling and also to the i7-4770K CPU

The one you linked was actually the one I was looking at.. Question though, should I spend all the money on this high end GPU or get a little one a little less money and upgrade to the i7-4770k at the same time?

no, honestly the i7 isn't better in gaming then the i5.. its only better at video editing and only slightly.. the Graphics card posted will boost you the most and i suggest getting it over getting something cheaper and upgrading a cpu that you don't need

The only reason I was thinking about upgrading to the i7 is I just recently started to stream on Twitch.tv and I noticed that my CPU usage is always at 95-99 percent usage at all times when I stream.

Most of the stream goes through your graphics card.. but its possible that it was putting a lot of the stress on your CPU cause your card couldn't handle it.
If you're not having problems with it then i wouldn't change it because its still not bottle necking completely :)
